Job summary

Lawrence Equipment is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team in California. The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components, reading blueprints, and selecting tools and fixtures to meet tight tolerances.

You will load materials, monitor processes, inspect finished parts for quality, and perform routine machine maintenance. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Experience operating lathe, press brake machine, or other related equipment is a plus.
• Basic math skills for performing calculations and measurements.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in machining operations.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities
