Job summary

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints including GD&T.
• Mastercam experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate cost estimates for RFQs and directed quotes.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, process sheets, and tooling requirements.
• Utilize CAM programming to create efficient machining programs.
• Develop in-process inspection sheets based on customer criteria.
• Lead projects end-to-end and assist machinists with setup and run.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with Scheduler to meet schedule targets while maintaining quality.
• Support ISO compliance and Quality Statement adherence.
• Provide shop floor training on setup and machine operation.
• Stay updated with technical advancements relevant to the company.
