Aerotek is seeking a CNC Mill Programmer / Machinist in Rockford, IL for a hands-on role focusing on programming, setup, and optimization of CNC milling operations in a high-mix, low-volume shop. You will develop programs from prints and CAD models, prove out new jobs, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include programming via CAM (Mastercam), tool selection, fixture design, first-piece validation, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams to meet production goals.

• Hands-on CNC milling programming experience, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and multi-axis operations.
