Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote AFL safety policies.
• Monitor production and perform efficient machine changeovers.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and daily goals.
• Enter production and quality data into a computer.
• Achieve and maintain process certifications.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Assist other operators with setup and operation.
• Document and report quality issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
