Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous CNC milling experience required.
• Strong CNC programming experience required.
• Must be able to program and make edits at the machine.
• Experience with HAAS CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and setups.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a HAAS VF7 CNC mill.
• Program CNC machines directly at the machine.
• Create, edit, and modify CNC programs as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters.
• Perform machine setups and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
