Tree Top Staffing is recruiting an experienced CNC Mill Operator for a full-time opportunity with an established precision manufacturing organization in Rockford, Illinois.

The CNC Mill Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. This position ensures quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and CNC programs
• Load, edit and run CNC programs as required
• Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and in good working condition
• Identify and report production issues, defects, or safety concerns
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and housekeeping requirements
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other team members
