Job summary

Oakworks Inc. in New Freedom, PA, is seeking an Experienced CNC Operator for the Mill Department who will set up and operate CNC machines to rout wood and plastics, manufacturing medical, spa, and massage parts.

You will read drawings, verify dimensions with a tape measure, assemble electrical and mechanical components, stay safe, and contribute to a team-focused environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prefer 2 years in Manufacturing or related training.
• Ability to read drawings and use a tape measure to validate quality.
• Ability to assemble electrical & mechanical components.
• Forklift certification required within 90 days.
• Physical ability to stand/walk daily and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the CNC machine for routing wood and plastics.

The CNC Operator in our Mill Department will create components for our medical, spa, and massage tables. This will be done by setting-up and operating the CNC machine for routing wood and plastics. If you have demonstrated mechanical ability and understands the manufacturing processes with machining and fabricating, then we want to talk to you!
