Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Paoli, Wisconsin is seeking a Mill Operator to join our direct-hire team on day shift. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (CNC program preferred), can edit CNC code as needed, and has experience with CNC mills (5-axis preferred). We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC program is preferred.
• Must be able to edit CNC code to adjust machine settings.
• Experience with CNC Mills required; 5-axis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints for setup.

Spherion is working with a full-service machine shop that has been servicing companies with their machined part needs since 1945! We are currently looking for a Mill Operator to join the team on day shift for this direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preference for a 2-year degree in a CNC-related program
• Must be able to edit code to adjust machine settings if tolerances are off
• Previous experience with CNC Mills (5 axis preferred)
