Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist in Neenah, WI to set up, program, and run CNC mills on a 1st and 2nd shift. Pay is $25-38/hr with a $2 shift differential, plus overtime.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CNC milling experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with G&M code, holding tight tolerances, and running jobs start-to-finish in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC mill machining experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Confident with G & M code.
• Experience holding tight tolerances.
• Comfortable running jobs start-to-finish.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC Mills.
• Load, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code programs.
• Set tooling, offsets, fixtures, and work holding.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Hold tight tolerances and produce to print.
• Make adjustments independently to maintain quality.
