Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan machining by studying orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Program CNC machines by setting offsets, tool data, and references.
• Set up CNC machines with chucks, tools, attachments, and fixtures.
• Verify settings by measuring first-run and sample parts.
• Maintain quality by monitoring processes and adjusting controls.
• Document production and quality logs and communicate issues.
• Ensure safe operations and routine preventive maintenance.
• Support shift continuity by reporting actions and irregularities.
