CNC Milling Machinist - Days

Hanover, PA

$30 - $50 per hour

OT after 40 hours, 2 weeks vacation, 3 personal days, full benefits, flexible hours, tailored training, and a fully equipped modern shop

The role:

• Set up and run vertical 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills on large, high-precision components
• Work from detailed technical drawings and hold tight tolerances
• Use Fusion 360 and GibbsCAM (experience preferred, but licenses provided)
• Program at the machine, make adjustments as needed - take ownership of your projects

The person:

• Experienced in CNC mill setup and operation across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines
• Comfortable programming and editing directly at the machine
• Motivated, reliable, and looking for something long-term
• Confident working independently with a variety of materials and part sizes
