Avalign is seeking an experienced Mill Machinist on 3rd shift at our Warsaw, IN location. You will operate 3/4/5 axis CNC milling centers, perform setups, read blueprints, and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure quality per AQL.

The role requires self-motivation in a fast-paced environment, with ability to lift and carry 40 lbs and work with little supervision. Join a skilled team and contribute to efficient production processes.

Competenze

• Must be able to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience operating CNC milling centers and related tooling.
• Able to perform quality checks using gauges per instructions.
• Must work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate 3/4/5 axis CNC milling centers to produce parts per specs.
• Perform tool changes, machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Read blueprints, inspect parts, and document production data.
• Interface with Visual Labor Entry system and track work orders.
• Ensure accurate counts and quality compliance; burr removal as needed.
