Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in Illinois to join our growing manufacturing team. The role focuses on producing high‑quality precision parts using 3-, 4- and 5‑axis CNC vertical mills with familiarity in FANUC control environments.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and/or setting up 3-Axis, 4-Axis, or 5-Axis CNC vertical milling machines.
• Ability to machine a variety of materials (various alloys, stainless steel, titanium, etc.).
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience working with FANUC controls (or equivalent); ability to edit G-Code and adjust programs.

Job Details

We're looking for skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team! We're looking for experienced folks who have pride in producing high quality precision parts and have experienced with 3/4/5-axis CNC Vertical Mills.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience operating and/or setting up 3-Axis, 4-Axis, or 5-Axis CNC vertical milling machines
• Ability to machine a variety of materials (alloys, stainless steel, titanium, and others)
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience working with ideally FANUC controls (others accepted)
• Ability to edit G-Code and make program adjustments as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality
