Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficient in programming and operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of machining processes, tooling and production layout.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts per blueprints or models.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure specs and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during machining process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and workplace policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and quality.
• Keep workspace clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
