Randstad Staffing has partnered with a leading medical device manufacturing business in Coon Rapids, MN to source direct-hire CNC Mill Machinists for their 1st shift, 2nd shift and Weekend Day Shift.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per year with shifts including First, Second, and Weekend Day. Education required is High School. Minimum experience level listed is Experienced.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with Milling CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.
• Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments.
• Previous experience with tight tolerances.
• Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines.
• Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines.
• Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines.

Responsibilities

• Operator experience with Milling CNC machines.
