H3 Manufacturing Group, LLC is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist in Champaign, IL. You will operate and set up CNC mills and related equipment to produce precision parts per drawings and process documents.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years CNC experience, reads blueprints, and works with tight tolerances. The role offers day shift or 2nd shift options, with a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift and a comprehensive benefits package.

This position requires ITAR compliance and may involve access to technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Sponsorship is not available now nor in the future.

Key Responsibilities: Our CNC Operators are responsible for independently operating and performing routine setups on CNC machines to produce precision components that meet customer specifications. This position requires 1 to 5 years of previous CNC manufacturing experience, strong attention to quality, and the ability to troubleshoot routine machining issues while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
