Job summary

Netzer Metalworks, LLC is seeking CNC programmers for a manufacturing facility in Essex, MD. A strong background in CNC programming with 2+ years of experience is preferred. MasterCAM is a plus, and training is available to bring you up to speed.

You will read blueprints, assist operators, and ensure efficient setup and operation to meet quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
• Assist operators and setup personnel when necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of techniques, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to communicate and train as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company.
• Ability to use Standard measuring Equipment i.e. Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges.
