Job summary

Maytav Bus Co. in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a CNC & Manufacturing Technician to join a growing, dynamic team. The role involves assisting CNC operations on lathes and mills, learning setup and operation of CNC machinery, loading/unloading parts, and following detailed work instructions and production specs.

Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, using measurement tools, and maintaining quality and safety. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with full-time/contract status.

Qualifications

• Blueprints or technical drawings reading is required.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Experience using hand tools or measuring instruments.
• CNC lathe or mill experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of CNC lathes, mills, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Learn how to set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Load and unload parts and materials from machines.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Learn to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Make basic machine adjustments as trained.
• Assist experienced machinists with setups, tooling, and production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
