Job summary

laborup in Springdale, AR is seeking CNC Machinists to join our precision machining team. You will operate 3- to 5-axis mills and lathes, including VTLs, HBMs, and mill-turns, in a modern, climate-controlled shop. Relocation support to Tulsa, OK is provided.

We offer $26–$34/hr, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, profit sharing, full benefits, and rapid raises as you develop skills. Own your process and grow with a well-established manufacturer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CNC mill and/or lathe experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliable attendance
• Desire to continue developing your machining skills

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate CNC mills and lathes ranging from 3- and 4-axis to 5-axis machines, VTLs, HBMs, and mill-turns.
• Setups: Perform machine setups by loading fixtures and tooling, establishing work offsets, and preparing for production.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read blueprints, GD&T, and specifications to produce precision components.
• Quality Validation: Inspect first articles and production parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve machining, tooling, offset, program, and process issues on the fly.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize machining processes, edit G-code at the control, mentor machinists, and support floor improvements.

Compensation

• $26 - $34 / hr

Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (M-R)
• Weekend Shift:6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (F-S)

Relocation

• High-mix, low-volume machining experience
• Trade school or technical machining education
