Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or related work (semiconductor/aerospace/defense a plus).
• CNC machining experience preferred.
• B.S. or equivalent work experience or combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Coordinate with lead workers, planners, engineers, and quality to review status and priorities.
• Facilitate smooth transition of work between shifts and groups.
