Klein Tools in Trevose, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to provide hands-on oversight of production, machining, press and assembly operations under the direction of the Operations Manager.

You will drive streamlined processes, coach staff, ensure quality and safety, coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales and Product Development, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet schedules and cost targets.

Formación

• Must have CNC programming experience and lead others.
• Ability to conceptualize the big-picture and motivate the workforce.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the team to meet production schedules for orders and inventory.
• Execute effective schedules, training, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality, run rates, labor cost standards, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee CNC programming for in-house machined parts and products.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales and Product Development.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain a clean environment.
• Implement and enforce company policies with plant management.
• Perform duties of subordinates as needed to meet deadlines.
