Qualifications

• Technical training in precision machining, or engineering degree or related field.
• 5+ years of CNC machining/manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Mastercam or similar CAM software; knowledge of G-code.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs and processes for lathe parts.
• Program parts and fixtures using CAM software Mastercam.
• Optimize feeds, speeds, and processes for efficiency.
• Design fixtures and cutting tools.
• Use simulation to ensure collision-free code.
• Support quoting and manufacturability feedback.
• Set up and run CNC lathes for new product intro.
• Mentor machinists and resolve programming issues.
• Drive continuous improvement on parts.
