ARCH Medical Solutions - Lehigh Valley in Blandon, PA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to translate solid models and drawings into efficient CNC programs for 5-axis milling, Swiss turning, and conventional milling machines. You will develop processes for new and legacy parts and mentor machinists in advanced techniques.

Ideal candidates have a Engineering degree or related field, 5+ years in CNC/manufacturing, and strong CAM tool knowledge (GibbsCAM/Mastercam) with G-code.

Qualifications

• Requires technical training in precision machining and a degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of CNC machining/manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in GibbsCAM/Mastercam or similar CAM software; knowledge of G-code.

Responsabilités

• Develop CNC programs and manufacturing processes for 5-axis, mill-turn, and Swiss lathe parts.
• Program parts/fixtures using Gibbs CAM or similar CAM software.
• Optimize feeds, speeds, and processes for efficiency.
• Design fixtures and custom cutting tools.
• Use simulation software to ensure collision-free code.
• Assist in quoting and manufacturability feedback to customers.
• Set up/rund CNC mills and lathes to support new product introduction.
