Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions in Blandon, PA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to produce complex parts on CNC Mills and Lathes. You will read blueprints, set up fixtures, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances in a safety-focused shop.

The role requires experience with Mazak multi-axis machines, attention to detail, and teamwork. Overtime is available, with PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience operating CNC Mills or Lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints including GD&T tolerancing.
• Safety-conscious and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprint or job order for product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Set up and secure work piece; change tools and adjust offsets to maintain quality.
• Inspect products during machining to verify conformance to specifications.
• Observe machine operation and verify machined parts meet prints.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report required repairs.
