Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; hands-on machining experience may substitute.
• Experience in CNC machining and tooling is essential.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for new and existing parts with machine selection and tooling.
• Lead cost estimates, BOMs, routings, and engineering changes.
• Support process planning from drawings/3D models to production release.
• Improve setup time, cycle time, and tool life while reducing waste.
