Job summary

Genuine Search Group seeks a versatile Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC programming and CAD skills to bridge engineering and client needs. The role blends hands-on production expertise with high-level design, including travel to client sites and industry events.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in heavy machinery, plus proficiency in CAM and 3D CAD software. You will improve cycle times, optimize tooling, and contribute to design for manufacturability while representing the brand at trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field preferred.
• 2-5+ years in heavy machinery or precision machining environment.
• Strong CAM programming and 3D CAD modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming from scratch; develop multi-axis programs.
• Tooling and fixturing design to optimize cycles and quality.
• Continuous improvement of production processes and layout.
• CAD design support for machinery components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with R&D on design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Travel to client sites and trade shows to support sales and installations.
