Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Machine Operator B to set up and run CNC and manual equipment, performing machining and inspection operations on various materials.

The position is a 3rd shift role (9:30PM–6:30AM) based in Andover, MA, onsite. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are required; GD&T knowledge is preferred. Candidates will be expected to pass a technical interview and adhere to union guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Machine Trades, Machining, and/or Maintenance Experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC and manual equipment to perform machining and inspection operations.
• Selects tooling, fixturing, feeds and speeds, and methods for machining operations.
• Uses precision measuring equipment to machine and inspect parts and assemblies.
• Maintains records and follows safety rules in performance of duties.
