Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery including CNC machines, lathes, mills, drills, grinders, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or production process.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production goals and issues.
