Job summary

Millman Multimedia is seeking a CNC Operator to join our production team. You will operate CNC machines, read simple blueprints, load raw materials, and perform minor adjustments to keep production flowing.

This hands-on role requires 2-3 years of experience and a focus on quality and safety on the shop floor. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and help ensure parts meet specifications while staying organized and efficient

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of CNC machine experience.
• Familiarity with basic machine functions and tool changes.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read and follow simple blueprints and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape materials.
• Read blueprints and work instructions (simple).
• Load materials, perform minor machine adjustments.
• Conduct quality checks with calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
