Regal Rexnord is hiring for a CNC grinder role in Downers Grove, IL. You will set up and operate CNC/manual grinders, follow drawings and process sheets, and verify part dimensions with gauges. Work on 2nd or 3rd shift with safety-first practices.

Offered compensation ranges from $22 to $30 per hour, plus a $2/hr shift differential and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Excellent benefits begin on day one, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience and proficiency with grind setup and operation.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate CNC or manual grinders per blueprints and process sheets.
• Verify dimensions using gauges and ensure conformance to specs.
• Inspect own work and assist others; document results and maintain quality.
