Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Utility Operator I for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. This full-time position involves operating CNC and non-CNC production equipment, performing manual assembly tasks, and meeting work order specifications.

You will work in a non-climate-controlled facility, wear PPE, lift up to 40 pounds, and support maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production flowing. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $23–$25 per hour plus a 15% shift premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
• Flexible to work overtime and emergency production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including vertical mills and CNC equipment.
• Perform manual assembly and fabrication with hand tools.
• Inspect products to meet quality and customer standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
