Job summary

Medartis in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep CNC production equipment and related systems running reliably. The role emphasizes hands-on diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance, and accurate logging of work and parts.

Qualifications

Industry or trade school certification in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering with hands-on problem solving.
Min. 2 years of maintenance work in manufacturing or agricultural environment.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Experience with regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines, equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
Identify and resolve malfunctions to ensure production continuity.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Document all maintenance work, repairs and parts used.
Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts inventory.
Collaborate with other departments and external machine manufacturers.
Comply with safety regulations and Medartis guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement and shopfloor projects to boost efficiency.
