Qualifications

• 2–4 years in manufacturing maintenance with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial skills.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and performing PM on CNC mills and lathes; able to operate CNC equipment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, electrical test meters, and material handling equipment.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent plus production maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery—CNC mills and lathes—and facility equipment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns during production; perform scheduled service during downtime.
• Execute machinist tasks and precision adjustments to return equipment to optimal performance.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to plan and perform maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, replace or rebuild components, test, and make necessary adjustments.
• Handle general plumbing and basic carpentry as part of facility upkeep.
• Identify abnormal operations or defective materials and escalate to supervision.
• Uphold all safety policies, maintain orderly work areas, and actively support 5S.
• Collaborate in small teams and assist with other related tasks as needed.
