FN America, LLC, a U.S. subsidiary of FN Herstal, seeks a Maintenance Technician II to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in Columbia, SC.

You will read manuals and schematics, diagnose issues, replace parts and test systems to keep manufacturing running smoothly. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of CNC maintenance experience; you must interpret prints, troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems and

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of experience repairing and maintaining CNC machines with increasing complexity.
• Ability to interpret prints/schematics and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, PLCs and Ladder Logic.

Responsabilidades

• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production machines and plant facilities.
• Performs emergency and scheduled maintenance on production equipment during machine service.
• Reads equipment manuals and schematics to perform maintenance tasks.
• Diagnoses problems, replaces parts, tests, and adjusts equipment.
• Maintains lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
