FN America, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Columbia, South Carolina. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production machinery and equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least three years of machining experience.
The position requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, with responsibilities including emergency repairs and preventive maintenance. Tools needed will be provided by the company, and a continuous improvement mindset is encouraged.
The Maintenance Technician II installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of FN America’s business goals and objectives.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Three years of machining experience with increasing complexity and responsibility is required.

May be exposed to dangerous machinery and loud noises with temperature extremes. Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds unassisted and maneuver in tight spaces. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work at elevated heights.
