Job summary

HRU Technical Resources seeks a CNC Maintenance Technician in Novi, MI for a long-term contract. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install a range of industrial machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting on CNC and manual equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an onsite, first-shift role with overtime opportunities.

• Experience maintaining industrial machines in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and tools.
• Diagnose equipment issues and safely disassemble damaged equipment.
• Repair or replace worn mechanical components and reassemble.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on CNC and production equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Assist maintenance team with repairs and projects.
• Perform general facility maintenance as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; support continuous improvement.

CNC Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Novi, MI (Onsite)Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (Ongoing with Opportunity for Extension)Compensation: $25 - $28/hour with PTO and optional benefitsSchedule: M-F (1st shift)Minimum 40 hours a week, up to 56 hours with breakdowns. (Overtime Expected)Position OverviewHRU Technical Resources is seeking a Machine Repair Technician for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the Novi, MI area.
