Job Description

The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

1. Ensuring all manufacturing equipment and machinery are maintained in good working condition by implementing a preventative maintenance program.
2. Troubleshooting equipment failures and coordinating necessary repairs in a timely manner.
3. Assisting in the installation and qualification of new equipment to ensure proper operation according to manufacturer specifications.
4. Establishing and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all manufacturing equipment in the Wulco facility.
5. Participating in programs to regularly check equipment performance and perform routine preventative maintenance.
6. Diagnosing equipment breakdowns or deviations from specifications to determine causes and corrective actions.
7. Completing mechanical and electrical repairs or coordinating contract repairs to ensure equipment operates correctly.
8. Maintaining documentation on repairs, warranties, and equipment status.
9. Recommending equipment replacements when necessary and ensuring proper installation and power hookups for new machines.
