Gil-Mar Manufacturing Company is currently seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Canton, Michigan.

Shift Details

• 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:15 PM (Fridays and Saturdays with opportunities for overtime)

Responsibilities

• Perform machine maintenance on various manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and repair CNC machines, including troubleshooting with ladder logic (Fanuc controls experience desired)
• Repair dials, presses, and other manufacturing equipment
• Maintain hydraulic pumps and PLCs
• Maintain mobile equipment such as Hi-Lo and floor scrubbers, including oil checks and minor repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance using check sheets (greasing, oiling, belt inspections, etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing CNC issues
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and PLCs
• Ability to use CNC controls for diagnostics
