Job summary

FN America, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment at our Columbia, South Carolina operations.

The role requires reading schematics and manuals, diagnosing problems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting lean initiatives. Candidates should have a minimum of three years CNC repair experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Three years of CNC repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, PLCs, and Ladder Logic.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs during production.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Read manuals and schematics to service equipment.
• Support lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
