Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years CNC machine repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret prints and schematics.
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with PLCs and Ladder Logic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance and repairs during operation.
• Read equipment manuals and schematics to perform required work.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and support lean and 5S initiatives.
