Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine, Mill Creek Machining location, is seeking a CNC Maintenance Supervisor to plan and manage maintenance to keep production at peak efficiency. The role focuses on installation, repair, preventive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, and safety compliance across facilities and utilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, knowledge of CNC systems, servo motors, hydraulics/pneumatics, and a track record of safe, reliable equipment management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years' experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
• Experience with CNC, servo motors, hydraulics/pneumatics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Manages day-to-day supervision of maintenance processes and records.
• Coordinates with Production for timely repairs and downtime reduction.
• Develops KPIs to track maintenance performance and reliability.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment with 5-S practices.

Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a CNC Maintenance Supervisor to plan and manage maintenance processes to reduce mechanical downtime to ensure production is operating at maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Leads and directs maintenance in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Develops, implements, and manages day to day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation with efficient and high performing manufacturing organizations (prevention and predictive maintenance, TPM, SOP's, Safety, etc.).
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled timely; works closely with Production to schedule and complete equipment and facility repairs.
• Develops and/or maintains KPI's for tracking and reporting the performance of the maintenance function (supplier performance, 3rd party contractor performance, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, etc.).
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment through 5-S controls.
• Ensures a safe work environment is maintained, appropriate safety systems/processes are utilized, and ensures compliance with all OSHA and other state/federal safety and environmental related rules and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 3+ years' experience working in a maintenance role is required.
• Experience with CNC, servo motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of machine components and integration.
