Job summary

Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is seeking a CNC Maintenance Supervisor to plan and manage maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

You will lead maintenance activities, develop processes, and collaborate with production to ensure timely repairs and safe operations in a precision machining environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 3+ years' experience working in a maintenance role is required.
• Experience with CNC, servo motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of machine components and integration.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs maintenance in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Develops, implements, and manages day-to-day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation.
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled timely; works with Production to schedule repairs.
• Develops and/or maintains KPIs for maintenance performance and equipment reliability.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment through 5-S controls.
• Ensures a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA and other safety rules.

Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a CNC Maintenance Supervisor to plan and manage maintenance processes to reduce mechanical downtime to ensure production is operating at maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Leads and directs maintenance in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Develops, implements, and manages day to day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation with efficient and high performing manufacturing organizations (prevention and predictive maintenance, TPM, SOP's, Safety, etc.).
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled timely; works closely with Production to schedule and complete equipment and facility repairs.
• Develops and/or maintains KPI's for tracking and reporting the performance of the maintenance function (supplier performance, 3rd party contractor performance, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, etc.).
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment through 5-S controls.
• Ensures a safe work environment is maintained, appropriate safety systems/processes are utilized, and ensures compliance with all OSHA and other state/federal safety and environmental related rules and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
