Job Title: CNC Maintenance Mechanic - Machined Core (1st Shift)

We are seeking a CNC Maintenance Mechanic I for our Machined Core division, working on 1st shift (6:30AM to 2:30PM, Monday-Friday). The role involves maintaining plant equipment and machinery, focusing on CNC work centers, coordinating repairs with vendors, building/rebuilding equipment, and performing general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain CNC machines and related equipment.
2. Ensure all equipment is safe and operational.
3. Perform preventive and routine maintenance.
4. Support repairs and mechanical adjustments.
5. Install new equipment as needed.
6. Fabricate fixtures, guards, or parts to enhance equipment.
7. Calibrate machines regularly.
8. Manage purchase requisitions for repairs and parts.
9. Maintain inventory of spare parts.
10. Record all repairs and maintenance activities.
11. Schedule repairs based on production needs.
12. Work independently and collaborate with senior mechanics and vendors.
13. Contribute to process and product improvements.
14. Handle inquiries professionally and promptly.
15. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
16. Seek continuous improvement in job performance.
17. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. 6 months to 1 year of progressive maintenance experience.
3. Strong mechanical skills.
4. Ability to work overtime.

• Eligibility to work on programs under ITAR regulations.
