Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., software testing).
• Ability to troubleshoot applications and identify root causes of defects.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment, furnaces, HVAC, dust collection, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls issues to restore functionality.
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new or modified equipment.
• Contribute to structured problem solving and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering, technicians, and production to support TPM and continuous improvement.
• Escalate issues and communicate equipment status clearly and professionally.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation in SAP and Falcony.
• Follow safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
