Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, in Broussard, LA, is seeking a Full-Time CNC Machinist to join our team. The role requires operating CNC Lathe and CNC Mill machines, with the ability to set up and handle milling operations.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of related experience. Responsibilities include maintaining machine functionality, performing minor repairs, adhering to safety policies, and being on-call on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe and CNC Mill.
• Independently set up and operate CNC Milling machines.
• Ensure machines are in working order and properly maintained.
• Follow established safety policies and procedures.
• On a rotation basis, be on call when scheduled.
• Comply with QHSE handbooks and procedures.
• Perform additional duties to maintain efficient department operations.

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time CNC Machinist to join our team in Broussard, LA.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate machines. (Both CNC Lathe & CNC Mill).
• Experience cutting rotary shouldered connections preferred.
• Must be able to independently set up and operate CNC Milling machines
• Ensures machines are in working order and properly maintained.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Follow established safety policies and procedures.
• On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled.
• Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

Education/Experience

• Minimum of two to five years' experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
