Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate CNC milling machines, set up work, and inspect precision components at our Verona, WI facility. This second-shift role offers flexible scheduling, overtime opportunities, and a supportive, clean environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNC machining experience, basic GD&T knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Training will begin on the first shift for up to two months.

Qualifications

• One year of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedures.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and GD&T concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and conventional machining equipment to produce quality components.
• Perform standard machine setups using established work instructions and procedures.
• Run existing CNC programs and adjust tool offsets as required.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Maintain and perform routine shop equipment maintenance.
