Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work order activities according to production process procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance inspections, including lubrication, fluid checks, chip handling, and scrap removal.
• Load programs and verify procedures through DNC, USB, interfaces, etc.
• Set up, run, and tear down CNC and ancillary equipment to specifications, including bar feeders, tool setups, collet changes, etc.
• Execute CNC cycle starts and stops accurately and efficiently.
• Perform tool insert changes and material loading for CNCs, VMCs, bar feeders, and related equipment.
• Conduct teardown of setups, edge-breaking, deburring, and verify tools and inserts.
• Read and interpret production prints and measurement devices; perform quality checks.
• Gather and measure parts produced by CNC operations.
• Report operational malfunctions and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical/Mechanical coursework in CNC setup.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience.
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and reading blueprints with measuring devices.
• Good communication, mathematical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.
