Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Danbury, CT is seeking a CNC Machinist - Programming for first shift (6am–2:30pm). The role centers on setup, programming, and precision machining to support leading brands and customer demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
• 2-5 years of CNC experience (full setups).
• Multi-machine setup capability.
• Ability to read, write and work with G-codes and edit machine programs for assigned equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, specifications, and production documentation.
• Ability to use gauges, measuring tools, and inspection methods appropriate to the role.
• Ability to perform setup/changeover and routine troubleshooting within authorized limits.
