Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC machine operation experience.
• Able to operate conventional machines such as engine lathe, Bridgeport, turret lathe, and radial drill press.
• Able to learn CNC programming software.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in prolonged postures (bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing, and squatting).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining centers (mills and lathes).
• Create and revise CNC programs.
• Set up on machines.
• Learn drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, boring and turning.
• Inspect own work with calipers, micrometers, etc.
