Liberty Staffing in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a growing manufacturing facility. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts, read blueprints, and develop CAD/CAM programs to optimize machining processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with CNC equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and good math skills. This temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay and overtime potential, with room for career growth.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with Haas and/or Mazak machines is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, grinding, and other machining processes
• Operate additional equipment including band saws, surface grinders, and honing machines
• Develop and edit CAD/CAM programs for machining processes
• Load raw materials and parts into machines
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Support other departments as needed
